YA GAMES NIGHT! (hybrid)

6:00pm - 8:00pm

Jackbox Games on the library lawn!

Join Olivia for some awesome LIVE gaming (similar to Pictionary, trivia & Mad Libs) through Jackbox games on Steam! There are over 35 unique games that include drawing games, trivia games, Imposter style games, and many more - if you have never played before they are easy to learn and a lot of fun! We'll meet on the library lawn under our tents, and use our portable flatscreen to play (bring a phone or tablet to participate or the library can loan you a mini-tablet). You can also Zoom in to join; if it rains we'll switch to virtual format. For ages 12+. Please register.

Smudge Sticks!

6:30pm - 7:30pm

Smudge Sticks with Grounded Goodwife!

Join us as we welcome back Ehris and Velya of Grounded Goodwitch to learn about smudging.  “Smudging” is performed to correct the energy in a home, office, object, or even a person.  This is done by burning herbs like sage, mugwort, pine, and cedar in a focused, intentional way to cleanse negative energy, and replenish with positive healing energy.  They will teach you how to identify mugwort.

Please register on our website or by calling the circulation desk to receive a link to the website the day of the class.  Call the library to arrange for pick-up of materials or harvest your own and use cotton string.
