Arts & Crafts Workshop: Make the Summer Reading Program Decorations!

4:00pm - 6:00pm

We need artists & craft kids!

The Library needs crafty and creative kids aged 6 & up to help us create  the decorations for our popular summer reading program. The Children's Department gets hundreds of visitors during the summer months, so we like to highlight the reading program theme by making the room look fabulous! This summer's theme is "Build a Better World" and it's all about architecture, building and construction, so that means lots of fun 3D artwork. We'll be building a mini ride-in bulldozer, creating a city skyline, building a book pyramid, making 3D posters, and more! If you like to paint, build, do paper mache, collage, glue & more, this program is for you - come help us!

You can sign up for any of the four programs, or all of them; please register for each individually. Click below to register.
