Your State, Your Library: Patron Survey

The Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, your state agency, is conducting a study to help them understand who uses which library and why. Their goal is to level the playing field for all sizes of libraries in the Commonwealth.

All patrons and staff are encouraged to complete the survey. Contributing to this study can have a real impact, helping shape Massachusetts public libraries for the future.
