The Hubbard Memorial Library offers Tech Help appointments for those who need it. We can help you with your smartphone, laptop, tablet, or other mobile device. We cannot provide tech help over the phone for items or services not provided by the library (e.g. your TV, desktop computer, Facebook).
We can help you:
- Learn more about your device and how to use it
- Perform a specific task
- Scan documents
- Help you use one of our databases
- Get you set up on our streaming services
- And more!

Revitalize CDC
Revitalize CDC offers a Digital Navigator program. If you have MassHealth insurance, live in Western Massachusetts, and need help getting internet and/or learning a digital skill, you qualify for this program. A digital navigator is a trusted person in your community who helps people find low cost internet, provide access to devices, and teach you how to use a computer. The Tech Hub offers free virtual or in-person digital skill training and other services. They offer a variety of classes about a variety of computer software and apps.
